Terms and Conditions

By using this site or submitting a quote request, you agree to the terms below.

Effective date: May 16, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any quote request you submit through it. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What this site is

Chattanooga Foundation Repairs operates as a foundation repair lead-generation site. The site captures and qualifies inquiries from homeowners and connects them with our licensed local partner contractor, who performs the actual inspection and repair work under a written fulfillment agreement.

The site provides information about common foundation repair methods, symptoms, costs, and warranties. That information is general guidance and is not a substitute for an on-site inspection of your home by a licensed professional.

Quote requests

Submitting a quote request through the site:

  • Does not create a contract.
  • Does not obligate you to accept any quote.
  • Does not authorise any work to be performed.

It is a request for our partner contractor to contact you, schedule a free on-site inspection, and provide a written quote. The written quote provided after the inspection is the only binding offer. The contract for any work is signed separately between you and the partner contractor.

Free inspection and written quote

On-site inspections are free of charge with no obligation to proceed. The written quote provided after the inspection is itemised and valid for the period stated on the quote (typically 30 days). Pricing in the quote supersedes any general cost ranges quoted on the site.

Your responsibilities when using the site

You agree that:

  • Information you submit through any form is accurate, current, and yours to submit.
  • You are at least 18 years old and authorised to request work on the property listed.
  • You will not submit information about another person without their consent.
  • You will not use the site or its forms for any unlawful purpose, to test or probe site security, or to scrape content.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, diagrams, code — is owned by Chattanooga Foundation Repairs or licensed to it. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Republication, redistribution, or use of content for commercial purposes without written permission is not permitted.

Disclaimer

This section is the disclaimer that applies to all information on this site.

  • Information, not advice. Cost ranges, timelines, warranty terms, method descriptions, and symptom guides are general information drawn from industry sources and the partner contractor’s general experience. They are not engineering advice about your specific home. Treat them as a starting point. Actual cost, timeline, and method depend on the on-site inspection.
  • Lead-generation aggregator model. Chattanooga Foundation Repairs captures and qualifies leads. The foundation repair work is performed by a licensed local partner contractor. Same crew performs the inspection and the repair. License and insurance details appear on every written quote.
  • No warranty implied by site content. Nothing on this site creates a warranty by itself. Workmanship and product warranties are issued in writing as part of the contract between you and the partner contractor for actual work performed.
  • Cited third-party sources. Cost ranges and method descriptions are cited to industry sources (Bob Vila, This Old House, HomeAdvisor, USGS soil maps, state building codes). Citation dates appear next to the data. Source pages may have updated since we cited them.
  • No emergency dispatch through the site. If you have active flooding, an actively failing foundation wall, or an emergency safety issue, call us by phone. The quote form is not an emergency channel.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chattanooga Foundation Repairs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including any decisions you make based on general information on the site without a specific on-site inspection.

This limitation does not affect:

  • Any warranty written into a signed contract between you and the partner contractor for actual repair work.
  • Statutory consumer protections that cannot be waived by contract under Tennessee law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Chattanooga Foundation Repairs from claims arising out of (a) information you knowingly submit incorrectly through a form, or (b) your misuse of the site or its content.

Dispute resolution

Any dispute about these Terms or your use of the site is governed by the law of the State of Tennessee. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes informally for 30 days. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Tennessee.

This section does not affect disputes about the signed repair contract between you and the partner contractor; those follow the dispute resolution clause inside that contract.

The site links to third-party sources (industry cost guides, soil maps, government building codes) to support claims with citations. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for it.

Modifications

We may update these Terms when site features change, when we adopt new technology, or when the law requires it. The effective date at the top of the page changes when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
