Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Effective date: May 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Chattanooga Foundation Repairs (referred to here as “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or submit a quote request.
What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to provide. Through our quote forms and contact channels, that typically includes:
- Contact details: full name, phone number, email address.
- Service address: street address, city, state, and ZIP — used to verify service area and route the inspection crew.
- Project details: the foundation symptom or service category you select, project timeline, and any notes you add.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account information, or government identification through this site. Any conversation about financing happens directly between you and our partner contractor.
We also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit the site: browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URL. This information is aggregated for site analytics and never tied to a specific person.
How we use what we collect
Information submitted through a quote form is used to:
- Contact you to schedule a free on-site inspection.
- Provide a written quote for the work you have asked about.
- Coordinate the actual inspection and repair work with our partner contractor.
- Send you a single follow-up message if you do not respond to the first contact attempt.
We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, do not sell it, and do not share it with third-party advertisers.
Who we share with
Foundation repair work itself is performed by a licensed local partner contractor under a fulfillment agreement. To schedule and complete your inspection and any repair work, we share the information you submit with that contractor. The contractor is bound by a written agreement to handle your information with the same care described in this policy and to use it only for completing the work you requested.
We may also share information with:
- Service providers who help operate the site (hosting, analytics, email delivery) — under contracts that require them to protect your information.
- Legal or regulatory authorities if required by a valid subpoena, court order, or applicable law.
We do not share your information for advertising, list brokerage, or any other commercial purpose.
How long we keep it
- Quote requests that result in a free inspection are kept as part of the project file for the duration of any warranty period plus three years.
- Quote requests that do not result in a project are kept for up to 24 months for follow-up purposes, then deleted.
- Analytics and site logs are retained for up to 13 months, then aggregated or deleted.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses minimal cookies for analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social-media tracking beacons. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site.
Your rights
Depending on your state, you may have the right to:
- Access the information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate.
- Delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Opt out of any future contact from us.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address in the Contact section below. We respond within 30 days.
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell personal information under the CCPA definition.
